Your local mascot, guiding travelers across your region.
Drop QR codes at stations, lodging, shops, and info centers — and your local mascot starts guiding travelers in twenty languages. Built to redesign existing tourism budgets, not stack new ones.
The destinations are there. The language to reach them isn't.
Info-center staffing is structurally hard
Peak vs. off-peak demand gaps make year-round multilingual staffing economically tough for almost every region.
Translated pamphlets stop where the station does
Print cannot keep up with how fast information ages, and reach to travelers is narrow.
Travelers stop at the top spots
Surrounding areas and evening experiences don't get communicated, leaving secondary spend and overnight extension on the table.
Your mascot, as the region's concierge.
We do not redesign your local mascot. The existing official persona, voice, and brand guidelines stay intact, and the tourism-guidance role is added on top.
01 Share mascot and IP guidelines
Allowed/forbidden expressions, IP-holder terms, emblem-usage rules.
02 Train the AI on regional info
Destinations, transit, lodging, events, and seasonal info — taught in the mascot's voice.
03 Distribute QR codes across the region
Travelers use their own phones. Circulation data flows into a municipal dashboard.
Step one is listening and protecting — not speaking.
You don't have to put it in front of customers right away. Start non-public — gather and analyze the voices you already have, and watch over how your character and brand are being used. Once the results show internally, move on to a speaking role.
Listen — gather voices, report internally
Mentions of your character and brand on social, reviews, and inquiry voices, aggregated within consent. Frequent questions and early signs of friction are organized with citations on an internal dashboard — framed as operational improvement, not "customer-service AI," so it earns sign-off.
Protect — watch for misuse, impersonation, and off-model use
An AI primed on your character's canon judges a found image as on-model, an off-model (setting) violation, or suspected impersonation / unauthorized use — and flags it for human review. The difference: it reaches the "off-model" judgment that hash- or logo-matching brand protection can't. No automated takedown — it's first-pass triage that supports your legal/ops team's final call. A first step for IP holders who want to start with defense before going on offense.
Speak — once trust has built up
When the impact is visible internally, go public in stages — fixed-answer bot, then conversation. The understanding you gathered by listening and protecting becomes the foundation for speaking.
Adopt the jobs you need, module by module.
You don't have to hand over every character task at once. Start with the job where the staffing pain is worst, one at a time. Each module installs independently, and the same character understanding (persona + memory) powers them all — so accuracy compounds as you add more.
Internal analytics
Aggregates visitor voices, inquiries, and social mentions, and returns insights internally with citations. Framed as "operational improvement," not "customer-facing AI" — an entry that clears internal sign-off.
Multilingual reception
Answers visitor inquiries in multiple languages while staying in character — easing the cost of hiring and training multilingual staff.
Brand protection
Triages found images as on-model / off-model (setting violation) / suspected impersonation. Flagged for human review — never automated takedown.
Social operation
Supports posting on social channels as the official character, with its worldview intact.
* Internal analytics, multilingual reception, and brand protection are available now. Social operation (outbound posting) is rolling out next.
Adopt as a redesign of existing budgets, not as new spend.
These are the typical displacement candidates for tourism associations.
Info-center language staffing
Seasonal language staff hiring, interpreter dispatch, recurring annual costs.
AI concierge covers 20 languages 24/7. Humans focus on in-person trust-building.
This is a redesign proposal, not a recommendation to close info centers.
Multilingual pamphlet production
Recurring multi-cycle printing, translation, and distribution.
AI delivers circulation tips and seasonal info, updated same-day. Print focuses on the "pick-it-up" cover.
No need to drop paper hospitality entirely — just rebalance where information lives.
Circulation-promotion campaigns
Stamp rallies, dedicated micro-sites, flyer campaigns.
Context-aware circulation suggestions through QR chats, with measurable effect data.
Division of labor with existing campaign agencies is worked out collaboratively.
Station/hub demo already running
A station/hub demo environment (demo-station) is live, where you can see local mascot × QR × multilingual operations in practice. A PoC using your association's mascot and guidelines can be produced in about two weeks.
FAQ
Will it stay within our mascot's IP guidelines?
Yes. Forbidden topics, forbidden phrases, and tone guidelines are shared up-front and enforced. For IPs that require rights-holder approval, we proceed only after alignment with them.
How many languages do you support?
Twenty, including EN, ZH (Simplified / Traditional), and KO.
Can we bundle nearby private operators?
Yes. Lodging, shops, and transit operators can be tied in under one regional QR program, with circulation data surfaced in a municipal dashboard.
What about traveler privacy?
No traveler registration is required. Conversation logs are anonymized and used solely for regional tourism planning.
Planning tourism DX around your mascot?
IP scope, regional partnerships, and PoC scope — we plan it with you.
