Your aquarium's official character, now speaking with every visitor.
The character that's been on your signage all along. From today, visitors scan a QR with their phone and start a conversation about your exhibits — in their own language.
Inbound visitors grow, but staff who can explain don't.
Multilingual pamphlets stop being read
Information goes stale the moment they're printed, and visitors hold them for less than two minutes.
Language staff are hard to hire and retain
You need EN, ZH, and KO simultaneously, and seasonal hiring is becoming structurally harder year over year.
Visitors stop at the tank but the story doesn't land
Wall panels go unread, and the story of each species rarely reaches the visitor.
Your official character, narrating right in front of each exhibit.
We don't create a new character. We respect your existing one — its voice, its guidelines, its IP rules — and add the role of "talking" on top.
01 Share your character's persona
Tone, forbidden phrases, official guidelines, and exhibit data. No AI image generation.
02 Train on exhibits and FAQs
Maps, panel text, and event info, taught to the AI while preserving your character's world.
03 Place a QR by each tank
Visitors scan with their phone — no signup — and start chatting with your character in their native language.
Step one is listening and protecting — not speaking.
You don't have to put it in front of customers right away. Start non-public — gather and analyze the voices you already have, and watch over how your character and brand are being used. Once the results show internally, move on to a speaking role.
Listen — gather voices, report internally
Mentions of your character and brand on social, reviews, and inquiry voices, aggregated within consent. Frequent questions and early signs of friction are organized with citations on an internal dashboard — framed as operational improvement, not "customer-service AI," so it earns sign-off.
Protect — watch for misuse, impersonation, and off-model use
An AI primed on your character's canon judges a found image as on-model, an off-model (setting) violation, or suspected impersonation / unauthorized use — and flags it for human review. The difference: it reaches the "off-model" judgment that hash- or logo-matching brand protection can't. No automated takedown — it's first-pass triage that supports your legal/ops team's final call. A first step for IP holders who want to start with defense before going on offense.
Speak — once trust has built up
When the impact is visible internally, go public in stages — fixed-answer bot, then conversation. The understanding you gathered by listening and protecting becomes the foundation for speaking.
Adopt the jobs you need, module by module.
You don't have to hand over every character task at once. Start with the job where the staffing pain is worst, one at a time. Each module installs independently, and the same character understanding (persona + memory) powers them all — so accuracy compounds as you add more.
Internal analytics
Aggregates visitor voices, inquiries, and social mentions, and returns insights internally with citations. Framed as "operational improvement," not "customer-facing AI" — an entry that clears internal sign-off.
Multilingual reception
Answers visitor inquiries in multiple languages while staying in character — easing the cost of hiring and training multilingual staff.
Brand protection
Triages found images as on-model / off-model (setting violation) / suspected impersonation. Flagged for human review — never automated takedown.
Social operation
Supports posting on social channels as the official character, with its worldview intact.
* Internal analytics, multilingual reception, and brand protection are available now. Social operation (outbound posting) is rolling out next.
No need to find new budget.
Most aquariums already pay for the following lines. Lumisia is positioned to displace, not stack.
Multilingual pamphlet printing
4 languages × 4 updates a year = recurring translation and print costs.
AI guide always current, all languages. Pamphlet print runs can shrink.
A realistic plan keeps the tactile feel of paper while moving 95% of information to the AI.
Seasonal language staff hiring
Summer / holiday-season language-capable staff cost.
AI covers any language 24/7. Staff focus on "things only humans can do".
Not a proposal to cut headcount — it's a reallocation play.
Exhibit panel re-printing
Every species swap or taxonomic update triggers panel reprint lead time.
Update on the AI side same-day. Physical panels stay as the "visual showpiece".
Curators frequently flag this as a meaningful relief.
Running in our demo aquarium
You can already see character × QR × multilingual AI guidance running in our demo environment. A prototype using your aquarium's character, exhibits, and pamphlets can be ready within 2 weeks of the first call.
FAQ
Will my character be re-generated by AI?
No. We use your existing official character's art and guidelines as-is. We do not generate new images of your character.
How many languages do you support?
Twenty, including EN, ZH (Simplified / Traditional), and KO — all major inbound-tourism languages are covered.
Is this designed to reduce staff headcount?
No. It's designed to scale hospitality without growing headcount. AI absorbs routine handling so staff can focus on richer, in-person moments.
How long until we're live?
A PoC takes about two weeks: share character + exhibit data → AI training → place QR codes in the building.
